HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
Click the ‘Schedule Online’ button the top right of the page to schedule directly online. Note that you may receive a phone call in the case we need additional information prior to the initial evaluation or session.
If any of the available appointment times do not work for you, please contact us to set up an appointment.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Project B Physical Therapy and Performance is located inside The Athletic Culture, 2429 Fenton St. Suite 5, Chula Vista, California 91914, United States.
Project B Physical Therapy and Performance is also made to be convenient to you. We offer concierge treatment and can meet at your home, office, gym, beach, pool, or wherever (if allowed).
WHERE DO I PARK?
The Athletic Culture is located in a business plaza with plenty of parking spaces.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION?
Each initial evaluation will include a comprehensive examination, objective measures (strength, range of motion, etc), manual treatment (joint mobilizations, myofascial decompression, etc), individualized exercises, and a home program. Each session is individualized to your specific needs.
HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?
Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation: 1 hour 15 minutes
Follow-Up Treatment: 60 minutes
Wellness Session: 60 minutes
Performance Training Session: 60 minutes
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Please wear comfortable workout attire to your appointment that you’re able to move in and/or possible manual therapy.
If you are coming in for lower body treatment, it would be best to wear shorts.
If you are coming in for shoulder or neck, it would be best to wear a top that exposes the shoulder blade area.
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
Yes, but we are currently only a few PPOs that we can bill Out Of Network (OON) for. If you would like to know if your health insurance covers OON Physical Therapy services, please reach out and we can assist.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Even though Project B Physical Therapy and Performance is a cash-based physical therapy practice, you are not limited to cash payments. You may pay for services with cash, credit, debit, check, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
