Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning can help improve sport performance, reduce injury risks, and make you a more resilient athlete! During training sessions, we focus on pre-hab which is a proactive approach to address mobility, strength and movement deficits. 

It is encouraged that athletes train 2x a week to improve muscle strength and boost endurance.
All training sessions are scheduled depending on client and Dr. Bautista’s availability.
