Strength and Conditioning Group Training

In the Strength and Conditioning sessions for Volleyball Players hosted by Dr. Joseph Bautista of Project B Physical Therapy and Performance, there is a focus on pre-hab which is a proactive approach to address mobility, strength and movement deficits. 

This 4-week program can help young volleyball players improve sport performance (hitting harder/jumping higher), help reduce injury risks, and stay on the court healthy! 

Registration opens towards the end of the month and limited spots are available.

** To benefit the most from this program, athletes should be injury-free and pain-free so they can participate in all of the activities performed during class.
